Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BeeLingual s.r.o. processes the personal data you provide when you contact us through this website. We process only the data we need to respond to your enquiry, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is BeeLingual s.r.o., IČO 21356394, with registered office at Chudenická 1059/30, Hostivař, 102 00 Praha 15, Czech Republic. For any questions about your personal data, or to exercise your rights, contact us at info@beelingual.cz.

What We Collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The contents of your message (optional)
  • Your IP address, processed only briefly to protect the form from automated abuse

Why We Process It

We process your data to respond to your enquiry and discuss our language-training services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your enquiry concerns entering into a contract, the taking of steps at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your IP address is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

Who We Share It With

We use a small number of carefully selected service providers (processors) to operate the contact form. They process data only on our instructions:

  • Resend — delivers the emails generated by the form; data is processed in the EU (Ireland) region.
  • Upstash — provides rate limiting to prevent abuse; stores a temporary record of your IP address in the EU region for approximately ten minutes.
  • Google (Google Workspace) — hosts the mailbox that receives your enquiry.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry emails for as long as necessary to handle your request and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, after which they are deleted. Data used for rate limiting is deleted automatically after the rate-limiting window (around ten minutes).

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have your data erased
  • Restrict or object to our processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz)

Cookies & Local Storage

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. We store your language preference in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit; this is strictly necessary for the site to function and is never used to track you.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
